Just a reminder that the Swingfry date is November 14 for Dress Rehearsal, and 16th for the Fall Fundraiser! Our first letter of the year had the wrong date. We asked kids to change it, but some did not.

We have lost our resident accompanist to Elkhart Christian schools and need a skilled pianist to play for two school day rehearsals, a Dress Rehearsal and Concert day performances for each of our shows and competition. This is a paying “gig” and there is a full rehearsal and concert calendar for this school year that I can give you if you are interested! Please give Mrs. Armington a call at the school 574-825-9531 or email armingtonj@mcsin-k12.org. Ask your son/daughter to pick up a schedule and we will send one home with them. Thanks for your consideration!

Our middle school volunteer SwingFry time slots are far from being filled by our Choir Parents. (YIKES) You can help us out by taking care of signing up soon. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0D4DAAAE2AA2F4C52-51205896-2024#/ The high school parent slots are almost full. (I hate coming in 2nd!) Remember to sign up for a time slot that takes place after your son/daughter sings for SwingFry.

Please remember to also sign up for Bake Sale and/or the Silent Auction. Any help you can give us to raise this money for our program would be sooooooooooooooooooo appreciated!

We sent home yesterday the Choir Handbook and a paper for you to sign and return by next Wednesday (11/21). Please register your volunteer slots on the Sign Up Genius Tab so that you get the slots that suit you the best! We DID need to change the Swing Fry Dates. Long story but it is all Taylor Swift’s fault…really!

Swing Fry Dress Rehearsal is Nov. 14, Swing Fry itself is Saturday Nov. 16th.
