Parents, today we are reminding our kids and their parents of our dismissal procedures for the SwingFry Dress Rehearsal this Thursday.

First, we ask that you make arrangements to pick your child up at their assigned time so that our Chaperones can go home and be with their families.  We can’t leave until every child is picked up.  If you are unable to be there at the assigned time, would you please make arrangements for someone else to pick up your child? 

Parents would you please make sure that your child knows your phone number?  Each year we have a few students who are not picked up (hard to believe but true!) and we are unable to reach the parents because the child does not know the phone number.  These days kids have them logged into their phone, but their phone goes dead and they do not know their own phone numbers. *If a student does not have a phone we allow them to use our phone. 

We have told the students the following….

a. No student may walk anywhere.  They may not walk home, they may not walk to Boys and Girl’s Club, they MUST BE picked up!

b.  Any student who needs to ride home with another student’s, or a high school sibling, must turn in a handwritten note from their parents stating with whom they will be leaving with.  This note should be given to the child’s chaperone on the day of Dress Rehearsal.

c.  Students are not allowed to wander the halls once they are dismissed.  They are to report to their assigned door to be picked up, or remain in their seats until their brother or sister finishes with their practice.

d.  Students are not allowed to walk out of sight from their Chaperones.  They should stay close to their assigned door to remain in their view at all times.

Pick up 6th at Door 15 at 5:15 p.m. 

Pick up 7th at Door 1 at 5:25 p.m.

Pick up 8th at Door 21 at 5:45  p.m.

Pick up Show Choir at Door 21 at 6:30 p.m.

Knight Light’s show time has been changed to 7:10 p.m.  Saturday.  Their call time will be 6:50 p.m.  They will be dressing in rooms 138 and 142 for their performance.
